This Saturday night (really its Sunday morning) get ready for the Maestro’s return to Montreal. Its always a pleasure listening to him play. Hernan needs no introduction and his label SudBeat and weekly Resident podcast are top sources for quality music. Cesar Romero is on opening duties for this one. His progressive productions are making a name for him beyond this city.
This event is sold out, but you might get lucky and find someone selling their tickets on the FB Event page.
I found this track on Montreal label Ghost Club Records by Finland’s Castletics…”With a mixture of acoustic rhythms, synthetics chords and powerful vocals, His sound reflects the underground art.”
cheers,
Matti
just a quick note to say I’ve started the re-design process of this site – you’ll see some big and small changes coming soon. If you have any ideas or tips on what you would like to see, please reach out to info@audioboxlive.com and let me know!
Last night The Black Madonna left her mark on Montreal with her vivid and energetic set at Newspeak.
At the end of the night things got a little Boiler Room-ish too with the crowd getting on stage.
She’s got lots of love for the music and it’s great to see. Her set was an eclectic variety of electronica with a big focus on disco, but delivered in beat-intensive 2016 kinda way.
